F&L Projektconsult can look back at more than 50 years of company development as an internationally engaged planning association.

From the founding 1957 in Berlin as engineering office by Gerhard Friedrich and the opening of an establishment in Düsseldorf, over the extension on international projects as planning association operating under the name of F&L Projektconsult in 1998 up to the nowadays internationally represented office for general design, F&L Projektconsult can resort to its pool of experience in the fields of planning and project controlling for residential, office, industrial and commercial buildings.

With the branch offices in Moskow, Sofia and Almaty, the focus on the regions of Eastern Europe, the Russian Federation and also Kazakhstan with their thriving economy has been amplified and continuously adapted to the growing market.

As an outstanding achievement over a long-time period of close cooperation F&L Projektconsult has accompanied and supported the expansion of Metro Cash & Carry International in the Russian and Eastern European area from Bulgaria over the Ukraine to Kazakhstan,
far into Russia, acting as the authorized general designer during all planning stages.

Besides the main business all around project realisation F&L also is offering wide services for investors and enterprises in all maters of
buildings sites and locations in Eastern Europe.

This field of activities is the exclusive business of the 2009 founded subsidiary  ARKON Development GmbH .
